The Adam Leventhal Memorial Museum and School
Welcome to Adam’s Forge, a non-profit organization established to provide hands-on training for metalsmiths and promote public appreciation for the art of metalworking throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

Founded in 2002 as a memorial to artist blacksmith Adam Leventhal, the school allows students of varying ages and abilities to express themselves artistically through the medium of metals. Programs include classes, public demonstrations and exhibitions. Instruction in basic forging and hot metal working began in November 2006 at the school’s studio at the Armory Northwest, a satellite site of the renowned Armory Center for the Arts
